I specialise in supporting those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. Together, we work to calm the nervous system, shift unhelpful self-beliefs, and cultivate self-compassion so you can move forward with greater confidence and connection. Using brain-based tools, emotional insight, and practical strategies, therapy becomes a safe space to reconnect with your authentic self, restore your energy, and live with clarity and resilience.

My role is to guide you with insight, care, and proven techniques, helping you better understand yourself and navigate the challenges that are holding you back. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, I will tailor our work to meet your needs—whether that means shifting patterns, healing old wounds, or reconnecting with your authentic self.

I am a fully qualified, licensed psychotherapist with extensive training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood-related difficulties, trauma recovery, and low self-esteem. I bring both skill and experience to this work, and many of my clients go on to experience meaningful change, increased resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
I offer a free initial consultation to help us explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. If you decide to move forward with therapy, sessions are £85. Discounted rates are available when booking six or more sessions in advance.
Some clients work with me for just a few sessions, while others engage in longer-term therapy—it really depends on your goals and the nature of the challenges you're facing. After our initial consultation, we can discuss what might be most helpful for you and begin to clarify the right path forward.
Yes. I am registered with a number of the UK's largest insurance companies such as AXA, BUPA and Aviva. Please contact me if you wish to use your private health care insurance for sessions.
