My Story
I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives; to overcome challenges, conditioning and trauma. I believe we can live beyond anxiety, build self-esteem, and grow beyond trauma; and why do I believe this - because I've had my road too!
Even patterns that once protected us can now hold us back. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of things, break free and create lasting wellbeing.
