My Story
I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives; to overcome challenges, conditioning and trauma. I believe we can live beyond anxiety, build self-esteem, and grow beyond trauma. Even patterns that once protected us can now hold us back. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of things, break free and create lasting wellbeing.
